Intern - Fund Accounting

The Programme

Responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day fund accounting operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Reconcile cash and portfolio positions to custody/broker records. 
  • Verifying daily price publication in Corporate Website. 
  • Compiling of dividend tax vouchers. 
  • To update daily FX rate & security price into the fund accounting system. 
  • To prepare daily trade instructions. 
  • Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Good work ethics with a positive attitude. 
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
