Tell us about yourself - your educational background, any prior work experience (tech or not), internships, part time roles, community involvement and anything else you wish to share with us.

Our recruitment team will schedule a quick chat to find out more about you and why you are interested in joining Thoughtworks. It’s also an opportunity to find out more about us and our opportunities.
- Technical Assessment
Here we will assess your technical foundations. We don’t expect you to be an expert but we want to ensure we’re able to provide you with the right level of support with what we offer at TWU. Meet our Thoughtworkers and have a more in depth discussion about the role. Developers will also get to pair program and do a presentation; BAs will do a role play; and Designers will complete a case study.
- Cultural Conversation
We want to really get to know you as an individual. This is a specific conversation about social impact. We want to know what’s important to you and understand how you think about inclusivity, the impact of tech on society, and talk about how you see the world and technology when looking through other people’s eyes.
